 Schedule of Fees

Included in the fees are all conference costs, social hours, & most meals. Lodging and transportation are the responsibility of each individual.

Registration fees are as follows:

    ASSOCIATES -- $895
    Associates are individuals from companies that do not host their own loyalty program -- agencies, partners, etc.

    MEMBERS -- $695
    Members are individuals from companies hosting their own loyalty program -- airlines, hotels, car rental companies, affinity card companies, etc.

    NON-MEMBERS -- $1195
    Non-members are individuals from companies who have not joined FTMA.

Cancellation Policy: At this late date no invoicing, please, and no refunds can be made for cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the Conference without penalty.

Opening Session Exhibitors

Wednesday afternoon, April 23rd, and Thursday morning, April 24th, exhibition space can be reserved for company promotion and materials. Tables are included, if desired. Placement is just outside the main meeting room. To reserve, $1000 will be added to your registration fee (obviously, only 1 attendee from a company will be billed). Space is limited, so reserve early. Please list the Company Name below to reserve your table. We will contact you with further details.

The Freddie Awards

The 20th Annual Freddie Awards presentation ceremony will be held on April 24, 2008, at the Wyndham Phoenix. The cocktail reception begins at 4:30 PM, with dinner being served at 6:00 PM. The ceremony starts at 7:00 PM.

For 19 years, frequent travelers have been asked to make their picks for the best frequent travel programs via the Freddie Awards. Introduced by InsideFlyer magazine publisher Randy Petersen in 1988, the Freddies allow members to rank airline and hotel programs from their point of view. The awards have grown in stature and importance and are the most prestigious member-generated awards in the industry.

 Breakout Space Reservation
We have designated areas for partnership meetings on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. There is no charge for this service. If you wish to reserve one of these spaces for networking or partner meetings, please indicate below. Please coordinate with your partners directly and establish who will reserve the space to avoid double booking.

A list of meeting locations will be provided at the welcome reception on Wednesday evening.
